Andy García
The Cuban actor Andres Arturo Garcia and Menendez was born in Havana in
1956. A few years later moved to Miami where she studies along with
actor Mickey Rourke, and once completed will be moved to the giant city
of Los Angeles. There was employed as a waiter and other offices to
achieve what really penetrate wanted to do, being an actor. His first
interpretation was made in the famous series of American Song sad Hill
Street at 85. From that moment began his artistic career on the big
screen with the film A night in heaven.
The well-known American screenwriter and director Brian de Palma was
set at him and suggested him to interpret a role in the film The
Untouchables of Eliot Ness. Later the director Francis Ford Coppola
also bet on his talent with The Godfather III, whose work will finally

an Oscar as best actor secondary.
His extensive filmography starts in 1968 and continues until today with
his latest project the untouched: Capone Rising, which deals with
fighting for power between Al Capone and Jimy Malone in the city of
Chicago.
Andy married Mary Victoria, marriage is maintained and which her three
children were born. His private life with all the care and discretion
away from any propaganda outside his career. It is a great lover of his
country and his music, in fact, has intervened in some Cuban music
concerts.
